Getting Organised – Planners, Notebooks & Journals

Have you found an organising system that works perfectly for you? There are so many planners and journals on the market, the choice can become overwhelming. Here are a few of my personal favourites, some I use for business, some for life generally, but all keep me PerfectlyOrganised. 😉

I love this Organiser, Gratitude Journal & Creative Space in one beautifully-bound faux leather planner! This is my second year using the Freedom Mastery Life Planner – my husband gave me the undated one for Christmas this year, which is even better (in my opinion) than the dated one. If you have any periods of time throughout the year when you’re unable to journal on a daily basis (holidays or hospital stays for example), that’s when the flexibility of an undated planner comes into its own.

The TABi Note Organiser is a very efficient way to store any searchable content – not just notes – whether that’s for home, work or business. Each area within the organiser has a tab that you can number or name, with an index relating to it at the beginning of the book. Makes finding that important note, recipe – or anything you need to refer to – exceptionally easy! Invaluable for household management, looking after your finances, or keeping notes from all your business meetings – you really will wonder how you managed without it!

If you like a planner where you can add your own inserts, customising it to your specific needs, this A5 faux leather binder is ideal. Available in 4 lovely pastel shades, with internal pockets for storing those important little items such as stamps, business cards etc.

Disc-bound planners are so useful for keeping your life organised! You can add and remove pages, dividers, whole sections, reorganise the entire planner to suit you – they really are flexible and worth their weight in gold! I particularly like this one by Happy Planner but if you buy the relevant tools (see below), then you can design your own exclusive planner!

The Eagle Discbound Notebook is another efficient system, so easy to use and customise.

As promised above, tools to make your own disc-bound planners!

Make your covers using stiff card, which you can customise to your heart’s content with wallpaper, stickers, artwork, whatever you like. For dividers, there’s no need to buy them if you own the correct punch and some thin card (or thick paper).

Note – this can become addictive and very expensive! You have been warned! 😁
